In order to rent a bike with us, you can do so by going to the Rent section of our page and follow these steps:

• Step 1: Select the bike.
• Step 2: Choose the dates and check the availability.
• Step 3: Add the accessories if needed.
• Step 4: Proceed to the payment.
• Step 5: You will receive an email with the confirmation and the reservation number.

The price includes all the necessary elements for the proper functioning of the bike. Each comes with flat pedals, bottle holder and a basic repair kit which includes a tool kit, a tire lever, an extra tube and a pump.
In case you need clipless pedals, you can bring your own or check our offer.

We do offer locks at a price of 2€ per day. However, we still do not recommend leaving the bikes unattended. If a bike is stolen during your rental period you are held responsible for the cost of replacing the bike.
You are always welcome to store the bike at Centre Biker Girona’s member area overnight.

For rentals we are open 24 hours. We work with a QR app/fingerprint system that allows users to be able to pick up and return the bikes at any time, so even if the store is closed, we have a separate area where we will leave the bikes tagged with your name for you to pick up and return.
If it’s your first time hiring our services, we will explain you the process in detail. From the moment you are registered in our database, you will be able to enjoy all of the amenities offered through our exclusive area for members: rest area, WC, bike wash box, bike park…
If we are talking about our shop opening hours, we are open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Saturday we open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

ID, passport or valid driving license, and a credit or debit card to generate a pre-authorization as a guarantee deposit.

The days of use of the bikes are counted from the day of collection to the day of return. Each day counted until 00:00pm.

Of course! We offer fascinating routes with 360-degree service: guide services, acommodations, assistance, luggage and passenger transport, activites… so you only have to worry about riding and enjoying each stage of the route.

Yes, we can arrange transfers for groups with or without bikes to the start/finish of your ride. We have a fleet of vehicles that can pick you up from anyplace and take you straight to your accommodation, our shop or your starting point of the route.
