Navigate effortlessly to iconic landmarks, including the impressive Cathedral, the historic Jewish Quarter, and the breathtaking city walls, all while enjoying the freedom of cycling.
How does it work?
Option 1
Scanning the QR code from a rollup/poster
You’ll find the QR code at the bottom of the Rollup/Poster at the entrance.

You’ll be redirected to Girona Monumental’s main page. Now you can choose the pickup point where you are located.
You’ll be redirected to the bike booking page. Make sure the pick up place it’s correct (the name of the shop or the hotel will appear between parenthesis as in the image below). After that, you can proceed by selecting the dates and checking availability.
After choosing the dates and ensuring its availability, you can now proceed to the payment.

After you’ve selected the bikes during the dates, you’ll be able to head to the checkout page, where you’ll have to fill the fields with your billing information.
You’ll now be headed to the payment platform, where you’ll have to fill the fields with your card details.
After you’ll have completed the 3-Step Payment Process and the transaction is approved, you’ll receive an email confirming the booking, which will also include the Interactive Map Pass.
In the confirmation email you’ll receive after completing the booking, you’ll also get a download link for the Interactive Map Pass as shown in the example below:
After clicking the download link in the email, you’ll get a PDF file with a unique code for you to copy and a button down below which will redirect you to the Interactive Map Page.
You’ll now be redirected to the Interactive Map page, where it will first ask you for the password you copied from the PDF. After submitting the password, you’re all set! Enjoy!
Now that you’ve got the map, you can now place your phone in the phone holder and cruise around the city discovering all the most important sights!
Option 2
Scanning the QR code directly from the bikeÂ
You’ll find the QR code of each specific bike at the back, on top of the battery pack.
You’ll be redirected to the bike booking page. Make sure the pick up place it’s correct (the name of the shop or the hotel will appear between parenthesis as in the image below). After that, you can proceed by selecting the dates and checking availability.
After choosing the dates and ensuring its availability, you can now proceed to the payment.

Terms & Conditions
- Wear a Helmet: For your safety, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet while riding. Ensure it fits properly and is secured.
- Secure Locking: Always lock the bike when not in use to prevent theft. Use the provided lock and ensure it is securely fastened.
- Never Leave Unattended: Do not leave the bike unattended in public places. If you need to step away, take the bike with you.
- Remove Personal Items: Always remove your phone and any personal belongings from the bike's support when leaving it locked.
- Follow Traffic Rules: Adhere to all local traffic regulations and rules of the road while riding. This includes obeying traffic signals and signage.
- Respect Others: Be courteous to pedestrians and other cyclists. Maintain a safe distance and communicate your intentions when passing.
- Walk Your Bike in Designated Areas: In pedestrian zones or areas where cycling is prohibited, please dismount and walk your bike.
- Bike Return: Return the bike to the same location from which it was picked up, either at your hotel or our shop before 21pm.
- Notify Reception: If you return the bike to your hotel, please inform the reception staff to ensure proper check-in of the bike.
